Hudson's birthday a year ago is such a extraordinary memory in my mind. To be allowed to be a part of one of the Lord's most amazing miracles. And to first lay eyes on this sweet baby that would change our lives more than I could have ever imagined. The Lord has been so good to us over this past year. Hudson is doing great at one year and we give God all the glory for his great health and development. He has such a fun loving personality and loves to be around lots of people as long as mom and dad are around too. He has just recently begun experiencing a little separation anxiety. Well maybe a lot of separation anxiety. We pray this is a quick phase :) He is getting much more balanced and bold on his feet even taking a step here or there. He moves quickly either crawling or cruising around furniture or with his walker. He still sleeps great at night although his daytime naps are getting a little shorter but we are going to hang onto two naps a day as long as we can. He is starting to say a lot more "words" although no mama yet. He is drinking whole milk now and we are starting to transition him from a bottle to a sippy cup. To say he is a great eater would be an understatement. This munchkin can throw down some food. I think after every meal over the past week I have said, "maybe he's going through a growth spurt" I made ravioli lasagna tonight for dinner and I promise the child ate more than I did. His favorite things right now are "driving" his little car around the yard, swinging, having the windows down in the car, giving high fives,playing with Summer, and dancing in the kitchen.
